6 Eyeshades / Eye Patches / Eyeglasses and Contact Lenses / Hearing Aids - 6.5 Repairing an eyeshade or if the request from a player to substitute eyeshades

Section: SECTION A - PREPARATION FOR THE GAME

If the act of repairing an eyeshade or if the request from a player to substitute an eyeshade takes longer than forty-five (45) seconds to complete, a personal penalty for delay of game will be called. The ten second timer who is not presently timing the ten seconds will time the 45 second official time out.
