The main duties of the Commissioner are to: ? observe referees during IBSA World Championships, Paralympic Games, Regional championships and other IBSA-sanctioned tournaments; ? assist Technical Delegate in selecting the best performing referees after round robin games are played ( Technical Delegate has the final choice); ? serve as chairman of the Protest Committee; ? assist the Technical Delegate to give referees immediate performance feedback at major tournaments to with the intent of assuring better consistency among referees.
