Section: PART B – TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
All IBSA-sanctioned tournaments must have an IBSA Technical Delegate appointed by the IBSA Goalball Subcommittee or its Chairman. The Technical Delegate will be responsible for liaising with the tournament organisers prior to the event and will be responsible for ensuring the necessary standards in all technical matters at the tournament including: ? the court and its marking; ? the conduct of the tournament; ? scheduling; ? management of technical officials; ? ratification of score sheets and approval of official results; ? approval and maintenance of equipment and their correct use; ? management of protests.
