16 Official’s Time-Out - 16.3 During an “official’s time-out”, any member of the team on the bench may communicate with the players on the court

Section: SECTION C – DURING THE GAME

During an “official’s time-out”, any member of the team on the bench may communicate with the players on the court until the referee calls “quiet please”. All communication from the bench must then stop. Any failure of a team member to be quiet after “quiet please” is announced will result in a Team Penalty as per Rule 15.11.
