14 Scoring - 14.1 At any time where the game clock is running, the ball is in play and completely crosses a goal line

Section: SECTION C – DURING THE GAME

At any time where the game clock is running, the ball is in play and completely crosses a goal line, (see Appendix 1), a goal is scored. The referee will whistle two times and announce the goal. The game clock will stop on the referee’s first whistle. A goal cannot be scored by an official passing the ball into play.
