The defendant(s) will then have further fourteen (14) days from the day the IBSA Goalball Subcommittee advised its decision, to respond in writing to the sanctions. The response must contain information not already given to the Subcommittee and will include details such as: ? reasons why the misconduct was carried out ? any other reasons that should be taken into consideration for the misconduct ? any arguments against the severity of the sanctions.
