Section: PART B – TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
Upon receipt of a report regarding Gross Misconduct by any individual or team, the IBSA Goalball Subcommittee will advise the defendant(s) and their IBSA Member Body that it has received a report along with the details of the reporting party and the incident in the report. The IBSA Goalball Subcommittee will allow the defendant(s) and/or their Member Body to respond to the accusations in the report within fourteen (14) days, after which the Subcommittee will convene a meeting where they will decide what sanctions (if any) will be mandated.
