The IBSA Goalball Subcommittee reserves the right to change or modify tournament regulations as needed, provided they present 60 days written notice on the Goalball Subcommittee website: www.ibsasport.org/sports/goalball. The rules, regulations and appendices to this document take effect January 1, 2022.
