19 Player Substitutions - 19.9 Timeout during Substitute

Section: SECTION C – DURING THE GAME

A time-out may be called before the end of the substitution. If the team that requested the substitution signals for a time-out before the end of the substitution, the team will be charged with both a substitution and a time-out.
